Recommended Use

The product can be cooked from frozen as follows: Pan-frying: In preheated oil at 180°C for 3-4 minutes. Oven: In a preheated oven at 220°C for 10-12 minutes, after brushing with oil. Air fryer: At 200°C for 8-10 minutes, after brushing with oil.
