Whole chickpeas, fresh herbs & traditional recipe

Crispy and aromatic Falafel are made exclusively with chickpeas from Voio, Kozani, they are easy and quick to make and served in just a few minutes.

Cooking Instructions

They are fried frozen in preheated oil at 180⁰C for 4-6 minutes in a deep fryer or in a pan with plenty of oil.

Storage

The product is kept at a temperature of -18°C. After thawing, do not refreeze.
