They are rich in plant proteins, a source of dietary fiber, low in saturated fat, and contain extra virgin olive oil. They are an excellent substitute for animal-based meatballs in all your favorite dishes.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended Use<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The product can be cooked from frozen as follows: Pan-frying: In preheated oil at 180\u00b0C for 3-4 minutes. Oven: In a preheated oven at 220\u00b0C for 10-12 minutes, after brushing with oil.
